US Medical Billing AR Executive | US Healthcare Night Shift

About the Role

We are hiring US Medical Billing Accounts Receivable (AR) Executives for our US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) team.
This role is for candidates with hands-on experience in US Medical Billing, AR Calling, Denial Management, Claim Follow-ups, and Insurance Collections.
Candidates with only general Accounts Receivable (Non-US Healthcare) experience will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities (Keyword-Rich)

• AR Calling to US insurance payers (UHC, Aetna, BCBS, Cigna, Humana, etc.)
• Claim follow-up, insurance follow-ups & payment tracking
• Work on unpaid / underpaid claims and reduce AR aging
• Handle claim denials, rejections, and appeals
• Analyze EOBs / ERAs and resolve payment discrepancies
• Coordinate with coding & billing teams to fix claim errors
• Update claim notes and maintain AR work queues
• Meet productivity, quality, and TAT metrics

Required Skills & Keywords

• 1–5 years of US Healthcare AR / US Medical Billing experience
• Strong knowledge of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)
• Experience with denial management, AR follow-up, insurance calling
• Understanding of claim life cycle, CPT, ICD-10, EOB, ERA
• Good spoken English (US payer calling)
• Comfortable with US Night Shift
• Experience with billing software / EMR / Practice Management systems
