Job Title: US Non-IT Business Development Manager
Location: Uppal, Hyderabad

We are seeking an experienced US-based Business Development Manager to launch and lead our new non-IT division. This role focuses on building a high-performing sales team from scratch, generating qualified leads, and driving revenue growth across construction, healthcare, manufacturing, and logistics/shipping sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute business development strategies to secure new clients and expand market share in non-IT domains.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor a sales team to achieve lead generation and revenue targets.
  • Identify opportunities, pitch services, and close deals in construction (e.g., infrastructure projects), healthcare (e.g., providers/facilities), manufacturing (e.g., production/operations), and logistics/shipping (e.g., supply chain).
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to contract negotiation and account management.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and performance metrics to optimize growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.

Required Qualifications

  • 6+ years of proven business development experience in US non-IT sectors, with hands-on expertise across construction, healthcare, manufacturing, and logistics/shipping.
  • Demonstrated success in building and training new sales teams that deliver measurable revenue (e.g., $1M+ annual targets).
  • Strong network of US contacts and track record of generating high-quality leads/revenue in these domains.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills; ability to thrive in a startup-like environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹321,814.90 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
