Role Description: This is a full-time on-site Outbound Sales Executive role located in Lahore. The Outbound Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential sales leads, initiating contact with prospective clients, and nurturing leads through the early stages of the sales pipeline. Outbound Sales Executive will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure the successful acquisition of new clients.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Identify and qualify potential sales leads through various channels, including cold calling
• Initiate contact with prospective clients to understand their needs and present our product/service offerings.
• Nurture leads through the early stages of the sales pipeline, providing relevant information and answering inquiries.
• Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for senior sales team members.
• Maintain detailed records of lead interactions and progress in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for lead generation and conversion.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a sales development or related role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to understand and effectively communicate technical products and services.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Highly motivated, driven, and results-oriented.
• Experience in the IT industry is a plus.
• Fluency in English is mandatory; an American or British accent is a plus.
