US Outbound Sales Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, qualifying leads, and scheduling appointments for the sales team.

This is a performance-driven role suited for individuals with strong communication skills, sales experience, and the ability to engage and convert high-quality prospects into business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage potential clients through outbound communication
  • Qualify leads and assess customer needs
  • Schedule appointments for the sales team with qualified prospects
  • Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and prospects
  • Handle customer inquiries professionally and confidently
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, and appointments
  • Meet daily and weekly performance targets

Requirements

  • 4–5 years of experience in sales, business development, or appointment setting
  • Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling skills
  • Experience in outbound sales or lead generation preferred
  • Target-driven and performance-focused mindset
  • Ability to work night shifts (6 PM – 4 AM)
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work independently under pressure
  • Must be committed to long-term employment
