Job Description: US Payroll Analyst
Location: On-site – Jaipur, Rajasthan
Department: Finance & HR Operations
Employment Type: Full-Time

Role Summary
The US Payroll Analyst will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll for US-based employees and contractors. This role involves end-to-end payroll management, compliance with US federal and state tax laws, coordination with HR and finance teams, and handling employee queries related to compensation and deductions. Key Responsibilities
1 Process and review bi-weekly/semi-monthly payrolls for US employees using payroll systems (e.g., ADP, Paychex, Gusto, or similar).
2 Validate employee records, pay rates, deductions, taxes, and benefits before each pay cycle.
3 Ensure compliance with US federal, state, and local payroll regulations including tax withholdings, garnishments, and reporting.
4 Reconcile payroll data with accounting and HR systems to ensure accuracy.
5 Manage and process new hires, terminations, bonuses, and adjustments in coordination with HR.
6 Generate payroll reports and support finance teams during audits or month-end closing. 7 Maintain employee payroll files and documentation in compliance with internal controls and data privacy standards.
8 Address employee payroll-related inquiries promptly and professionally.
9 Stay updated with changing tax laws and wage regulations impacting US payroll operations.
