Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and strategic US Social Media Manager to lead our social media presence across multiple platforms. Duties

  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with overall marketing goals to boost brand visibility and engagement.
  • Create, curate, and schedule engaging content across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok using tools like Hootsuite or Buffer.
  • Monitor social listening channels to gather insights on audience sentiment, trending topics, and competitive activity to inform content planning.
  • Manage paid advertising campaigns on Facebook and other platforms, optimizing ad performance through targeted audience segmentation and A/B testing.
  • Collaborate with graphic designers and video editors to produce visually appealing posts using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and video editing tools.
  • Analyze web analytics and social media metrics via Google Analytics and platform-specific insights to measure campaign effectiveness and inform future strategies.
  • Maintain strong relationships with influencers, media outlets, and community members through proactive relationship management and public relations initiatives.

Skills

  • Proven expertise in social media marketing strategies with a strong understanding of platform algorithms and best practices.
  • Proficiency in SEO techniques, keyword research, and web analytics to enhance content reach and engagement.
  • Skilled in graphic design, photography, and video editing to produce high-quality visual content that aligns with branding standards.
  • Experience managing social listening tools and conducting sentiment analysis to stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Familiarity with advertising platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager for creating targeted campaigns that drive conversions.
  • Strong proofreading skills to ensure all content is accurate, on-brand, and compelling before publication.
