Job Description
As a U.S. Tax Accountant/Account Representative, you will be working closely with our clients to manage their accounts by:
- Preparing and reviewing their business/individual tax returns.
- Reviewing and responding to IRS notices in a timely and accurate manner.
- Addressing customer complaints and queries of assigned clients.
- Collaborating with team leads and submitting reports to upper management.
You will maintain a positive working relationship with our clients by requesting necessary information and answering any questions they may have about their business accounts or tax matters.
Requirements
- BS Accounting and Finance graduates, ACCA/CA certification
- U.S. Tax Knowledge
- Bookkeeping Experience

- QuickBooks (Online) Experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluency in spoken and written English
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
- Proficient in Excel and Word
- Given that you will be operating in a virtual environment, having a dedicated wired internet connection with a minimum bandwidth of 30 Mbps is essential.
- You will also have an extra monitor connected to your computer, serving as an extended display.
Notes
- You will be required to work 8 hours per day, five days a week, following the U.S. Eastern Time Zone (9 a.m. to 5 p.m.), which corresponds to 7 p.m. to 3 a.m. Pakistan Standard Time.
