Job Title: US Truck Dispatcher – Night Shift

Salary:PKR 80,000 – PKR 100,000/month + Uncapped Commission

Job Overview: We are seeking a *highly motivated and experienced US Truck Dispatcher* to manage and optimize our logistics operations. You’ll be responsible for coordinating owner-operators and fleet drivers, negotiating freight rates with US brokers, and ensuring smooth supply chain execution.If you understand the *North American trucking market*, have strong negotiation skills, and can thrive under pressure, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Load Acquisition & Rate Negotiation*- Analyze top US load boards like *DAT, Truckstop, Central Dispatch* to find profitable loads.- Negotiate premium rates with brokers and shippers to maximize *revenue per mile*.- Use market trends and lane dynamics to make data-driven dispatch decisions.

*2. Fleet & Driver Management*- Route and dispatch drivers based on *HOS, equipment type, and preferences*.- Act as the main point of contact for drivers, providing trip details and routing support.- Minimize *deadhead miles* and optimize fleet utilization through backhaul planning.*

3. Operational Compliance & Communication*- Coordinate with brokers, shippers, and drivers for *real-time tracking and ETAs*.- Resolve transit issues, breakdowns, and accessorial fees like *layover, detention, lumper charges*.- Ensure compliance with *FMCSA, DOT, and HOS/ELD regulations.

Job Requirements & Qualifications:

Experience: 1-3 years* of hands-on experience in US trucking/logistics dispatch.

Education: -Bachelor’s degree preferred, but *relevant experience holds more weight

Communication: Excellent *verbal and written English* with a neutral or American accent.

Technical Skills: - Proficiency in *DAT Power/One, Truckstop* and basic knowledge of TMS/ELD platforms

Availability:Must be able to work *night shifts* aligned with *US Central/Eastern time zones*.

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
