Position Details

• Position: US Truck Dispatcher
• Number of vacancies: 08 Experience Dispatcher Required
• Location: High Q Tower, Jail Road, Gulberg V, Lahore
• Shift Timing: Night Shift Only (Monday–Friday)
• Salary: PKR 60,000 – 75,000 + Commission
• Job Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

• Source and book profitable freight loads using DAT One and other load boards.
• Negotiate competitive freight rates with brokers.
• Dispatch and manage Dry Vans, Reefers, Flatbeds, and Hotshot trucks.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers and customers.
• Track shipments and provide timely updates to drivers and clients.
• Resolve operational issues and ensure on-time deliveries.
• Maximize truck utilization and revenue generation.
• Maintain accurate dispatch records and operational reports.

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a US Truck Dispatch campaign.
• Strong knowledge of DAT One and freight load boards.
• Experience handling Dry Van, Reefer, Flatbed, or Hotshot operations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of freight rates, lanes, and dispatch operations.
