Role Overview:

Seeking a proactive professional with strong understanding of US insurance policies, claims coordination, and customer support operations. This role requires accuracy, communication skills, and performance under deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in claims processing & documentation
• Coordinate with US insurance providers
• Policy verification & coverage analysis
• Handle claim appeals & follow-ups
• Client communication & issue resolution
• Maintain accurate policy records & reporting
• Compliance with US insurance regulations

• Strong communication (verbal & written English)
• Experience in health, auto, or property insurance domain
