What You’ll Do
• Prepare and file a wide range of USCIS petitions and applications (family-based, adjustment of status, naturalization, employment-based, etc.).
• Draft and organize supporting documentation, affidavits, and legal correspondence.
• Research immigration laws, policies, and procedures to support case preparation.
• Maintain accurate and organized case files while tracking deadlines and milestones.
• Communicate directly with clients to collect documents, provide updates, and ensure a positive experience.
• Collaborate closely with attorneys to ensure timely, accurate filings.
• Respond to RFEs (Requests for Evidence) and NOIDs (Notices of Intent to Deny).
• Prepare attorneys and clients for USCIS interviews and appointments.
• Mentor and support junior legal assistants as needed.

What You Bring
• 3+ years of experience as a USCIS paralegal in an immigration law firm or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of USCIS forms, processes, and case strategy.
• Bilingual (English–Spanish or English–Arabic) required. Other languages are a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
• High attention to detail, organization, and time management.
• Proficiency with immigration case management software and Google Workspace.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• A proactive, compassionate, and team-oriented mindset.
