Position Summary

The Used Car After-Sales Consultant & Sales Coordinator is responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction after a vehicle purchase by providing responsive support, coordinating service needs, managing warranty or repair claims, and maintaining strong customer relationships. The Sales Coordinator supports the sales team by managing administrative tasks, organizing sales processes, and ensuring smooth communication between sales staff, customers, and internal departments. This role is essential to delivering the excellent ownership experience our customers expect.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers after purchasing a used vehicle.
• Handle after-sales inquiries, complaints, and follow-up requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Coordinate vehicle inspections, service appointments, repairs, and warranty claims with internal technicians and third-party vendors.
• Maintain accurate customer service records, warranty documentation, and repair histories.
• Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for additional services.
• Provide clear communication regarding service status, costs, timelines, and warranty coverage.
• Collaborate with the sales, service, and administration teams to deliver a seamless ownership experience.
• Assist in managing goodwill claims and resolving customer concerns with empathy and effectiveness.
• Promote maintenance packages, extended warranties, or other service-related products when appropriate.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in automotive after-sales, service advising, or customer service (preferred).
• Knowledge of used car operations, vehicle diagnostics, and warranty processes is an asset.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Basic computer proficiency (CRM systems, service software, email, etc.).
• Valid driver’s license.
