Qualification Criteria Education: Diploma / ITI / Degree (Automobile or Mechanical preferred) Certification: Valid Driving License – 2W and 4W (mandatory) Work Experience: Minimum 3 years in an automobile dealership with relevant experience Age: Below 28 years Expertise Required Evaluation of multi-brand cars for purchase Assessment of refurbishment needs Determination of purchase price for multi-brand cars Strong negotiation skills with vendors, dealers, and customers Effective communication skills to build trust and maintain transparency Knowledge Base Vehicle systems and diagnostics Analytical ability to evaluate technical and commercial aspects Estimation of repair and refurbishment costs Sound understanding of automobile market trends and pricing Proficiency in documentation related to procurement and transactions Key Skills & Attributes Strong negotiation and need-analysis skills
