Position Summary

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Used Vehicle Reconditioning Technician to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for inspecting, diagnosing, and reconditioning pre-owned vehicles to ensure they are safe, clean, and ready for resale.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive inspections of used vehicles to identify mechanical, cosmetic, and safety issues.
• Conduct necessary repairs and maintenance, including brakes, tires, fluids, filters, and minor engine work.
• Coordinate with service advisors and parts department to ensure timely and cost-effective repairs.
• Perform quality control checks to ensure vehicles meet dealership and state standards.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used.
• Ensure vehicles are clean and presentable for the sales lot.
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or ASE certification preferred.
• 1+ years of experience in automotive repair or reconditioning.
• Strong diagnostic and mechanical skills.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
