Used Vehicle Service Technician

Landers Ford Mt. Moriah Memphis is seeking an experienced Used Vehicle Technician to join our service team. Only qualified candidates with prior experience as an Automotive Service Technician should apply.

As a Used Vehicle Technician, you’ll inspect, diagnose, repair, and recondition pre-owned vehicles to ensure they meet our high standards for safety, reliability, and quality before they reach our customers. Pay: $17-$25/hour.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspections, diagnostics, and repairs on used vehicles.
• Complete reconditioning work, including maintenance and mechanical repairs.
• Identify and recommend additional repairs when necessary.
• Maintain accurate repair orders and documentation.
• Work efficiently to meet production and quality goals.
• Follow all dealership and manufacturer safety standards.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as an Automotive Service Technician is required.
• ASE certifications and/or Ford certifications are a plus.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining high-quality workmanship.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
