Description

Summary

Own the day-to-day generation of marketing-qualified leads across the Middle East at agreed CPL

targets, from any viable source (digital or offline). Ensure leads meet Sales specifications, hand over

cleanly and quickly, and partner with Sales and Onboarding to lift conversion through the funnel –

driving efficient, scalable business growth.


Responsibilities

● Plan & deliver the lead plan by country/segment with clear MQL and CPL targets, pacing and

weekly forecasts.

● Source-agnostic acquisition: identify, test and scale any effective sources (paid, owned,

earned, partnerships, events, referrals, SEO/content, app/web) guided by quality and unit

economics.

● Lead quality & acceptance: define and maintain MQL/SQL criteria with Sales; ensure data

completeness, consent, and fit. Monitor acceptance rate and fix issues fast.

● Funnel performance: track and improve conversion from MQL → SQL → deposit → trade by

collaborating with Sales (forms, landing pages, other digital tactics).

● Budget & efficiency: manage budgets to hit target CPLs while protecting quality; recommend

reallocation based on marginal returns.

● Localise for MENA: adapt messages/offers for priority markets within MENA; brief Arabic &

English assets as needed.

● Reporting & insight: maintain concise dashboards; communicate drivers, risks and next

actions in weekly reviews.

Requirements

● 2–3 years’ hands-on experience in acquisition/performance marketing in FX/CFD industry in

the MENA market.

● Evidence of hitting CPL/MQL targets and improving funnel conversion in partnership with

Sales.

● Comfortable with analytics and dashboards (e.g., GA4/attribution/CRM/BI) and rigorous A/B

testing.

● Strong stakeholder skills, bias to action, and data-driven decision-making.

● Self-starter with get it done attitude, with ability to drive projects with minimum supervision

from inception to completion.

● Fluency in English and Arabic.

● MQL volume and CPL (by market/segment/channel).

● Lead acceptance rate (MQL → SQL).

● Funnel conversion (MQL → SQL stage).
