User Operation Specialist

  • Responsible for the development and landing of user growth strategy, through multiple channels (such as placement, community, fission, task system, etc.) to achieve the pull new and conversion;
  • Planning and implementation of fission activities, pull new incentive mechanism, recommendation system and other growth play, monitor the effect and continuous optimization;
  • Establish and maintain the core index system of user growth, such as conversion rate, CAC, retention rate, LTV, etc., and regularly produce growth analysis reports;
  • Collaborate with product, data, technology, and design teams to promote the landing of growth features (such as newbie guidance, sharing mechanism, and buried point optimization);
  • As the leader of A/B testing and growth experiments, continuously explore and verify the impact of different strategies, paths, and copy on growth;
  • Focus on the growth strategies of the market and competitors, refine replicable and successful methods, and build a growth engine suitable for your own product.
  • Bachelor degree or above, more than 2 years of experience in growth operation, experience in growth of internet platform/tool/game products is preferred;
  • Has a systematic knowledge structure of user growth, and has a deep understanding of user fission, conversion funnel, and user tiering;
  • Is proficient in Excel, Looker Studio, SQL or other BI tools;
  • Has experience in complete planning and execution of growth projects, and can independently complete strategy design, execution management, and effect review;
  • Has a flexible mindset and strong goal orientation;
  • Has good data sensitivity. SQL or other BI tools, with good data sensitivity;
  • Has complete experience in planning and executing growth projects, and can independently complete strategy design, execution management, and effect review;
  • Has flexible thinking, strong goal orientation, and good cross-departmental communication skills and project promotion ability;
  • Has TikTok / Meta / Google Ads placement experience is preferred, and successful experience in low-cost growth is a plus.
