Utility chargehand

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years of UAE experience in utility and infrastructure works.
• Experience in waterline, sewerage, stormwater, irrigation, and telecom utility works.
• Ability to lead a team of laborers and skilled workers on site.
• Basic knowledge of utility drawings and site execution.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Foreman in supervising daily utility works.
• Allocate tasks and monitor workforce productivity.
• Ensure work is carried out safely and as per project requirements.
• Coordinate materials, tools, and equipment on site.
• Report work progress to the Foreman and Site Engineer.
