- Coordinate with government authorities (DEWA, RTA, Etisalat, DU, etc.) for utility NOCs, approvals, and relocations.
- Review and verify utility designs, shop drawings, and as-built drawings for compliance with project standards.
- Plan and monitor utility diversion/relocation schedules to align with infrastructure project timelines.
- Supervise on-site execution of utility works ensuring quality, safety, and minimal service disruption.
- Identify and resolve clashes between existing utilities and new infrastructure works through redesign or relocation.
- Prepare progress reports, technical documentation, and assist in cost/BOQ verification for utility works.
