Job Title: Utility & Maintenance Engineer
Work Experience : 5-7 Years
Job Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain all utility systems
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance for plant machinery and equipment.
- Troubleshoot and solve electrical and mechanical problems quickly.
- Keep maintenance records, checklists, and logs updated.
- Monitor and improve energy usage and equipment efficiency.
- Maintain spare parts inventory and coordinate with vendors.
- Support installation and testing of new equipment.
- Follow IATF 16949 and QMS (Quality Management System) procedures in all maintenance work.
- Keep proper records for preventive maintenance, calibration, and audits.
- Help during internal and external audits (IATF, ISO, etc.).
- Participate in root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
- Support 5S and continuous improvement activities in the maintenance area.
- Utility maintenance for a sewage treatment plant is essential to ensure the plant operates efficiently and effectively while protecting public health and the environment.
- Candidates should have strong knowledge and maintenance experience with industrial water chiller machines, diesel generator sets, solar panels, compressors, fire hydrant systems, air handling unit (AHU) duct systems, Industrial Plumbing work and various fire detection and protection systems.
Requirements:
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- 5–7 years of experience in utility and maintenance roles.
- Experience with IATF-certified companies is preferred.
- Basic understanding of QMS, 5S, and audit compliance
