Utility Maintenance Engineer

Operation & maintenance of utility equipment.

· Manpower scheduling and monitoring for switching operation.

· Preparing the list of proactive works to avoid unwanted breakdown.

· Preventive maintenance, breakdown analysis, action plan and continuous improvement.

· Preparing and maintaining of critical and consumable spares within the budget.

· Maintaining and monitoring the water parameter especially RO water.

· Maintaining the ISO documents and follow up the service engineer.

· Ensure the effectiveness of 5S workplace and submitting the monthly report.

· Maintaining and monitoring the water Level especially bore well water.

· Ensure the working condition of Water Doctor & avoid water spillage.

· Maintaining the function of all A/C.

· Maintaining the Generator to avoid down while power cut.

· Ensuring the working condition all the area lighting properly.

· Maintaining and monitoring all the UPS properly.

· Plumbing for all area to meet the requirements.

· Maintaining and monitoring the ETP Plant Properly.

· Ensure the Transformer yard without any grass.

· Maintaining the Compressor to avoid air pressure lo

Ensure the working condition of Coffee Maker & avoid water spillage

· Maintaining the garden (green) without any deviation

· Ensure the availability & validity of all fire extinguisher.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
