Utility Maintenance Engineer ( C License)

Responsbilities:

• Electrical System Maintenance: Perform maintenance and repairs on electrical equipment, including panels, DG sets, transformers, and UPS systems.
• Preventive and Corrective Maintenance: Conduct regular checks, provide preventive maintenance, and perform necessary repairs to prevent breakdowns and ensure smooth operation of facility equipment.
• Safety and Compliance: Adhere to all safety and security standards, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations for utility systems.
• Troubleshooting Skills: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to utility systems.
• HVAC Maintenance: Operate, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, such as chillers, package AC units, AHUs, and cooling towers.
• Technical Proficiency: Experience with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) is often preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
