Summary:
The Asitrade Tech Level I is responsible for the overall production of the machine and the quality of the work produced.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
- Monitor starch adhesion on the SF side with the X test quality check
- Monitor glue adhesion on the DF side with the edge pull quality checks
- Monitor front/back & side to side registration and understand how to communicate the adjustments to the operators
- Understand line clearance, next order setup and all controls on the stacker sections
- Be able to perform all monthly PM tasks on the stacker section of the machine.
- Work in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with company policies and procedures
- Can assist the operators as required
- Works Overtime as required Works Overtime as required.
