What You’ll Do:

This is a multi-skilled role, giving you exposure across several key areas of our operation:

Fabrication & Welding:

• Perform MIG/TIG welding, cutting, brazing, and fabrication of metal components
• Read blueprints and work orders to build parts to exact specifications
• Operate plasma burn table and robotic welding systems
• Grind, clean, and finish parts to meet quality standards
• Repair worn or damaged components using welding techniques

Machining Support:

• Assist with setup and operation of CNC and conventional machines
• Inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools
• Support assembly of components and movement of materials

Material Handling & Equipment Operation:

• Operate forklifts, overhead cranes, and shop equipment
• Move materials, stage parts, and support production flow
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience & Versatility: 2+ years in welding, fabrication, machining, or related trades. MIG welding experience preferred (certification a plus).
• Technical Skills: Ability to read blueprints, follow work instructions, and understand basic shop math and measurements. Exposure to CNC equipment or robotic welding is a strong plus.
• Hands-On Problem Solver: Comfortable troubleshooting, adjusting equipment, and figuring out the best way to get the job done right.
• Quality & Craftsmanship: Takes pride in producing high-quality work and maintaining tight tolerances and clean finishes.
• Work Ethic & Dependability: Shows up ready to work, contributes to the team, and maintains a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
• Safety Mindset: Understands and follows safety procedures, uses PPE properly, and looks out for coworkers.
• Physical Capability: Able to stand, bend, lift (up to 50–100 lbs with assistance), and work in an active manufacturing environment.

Work Environment:

• Active shop environment with welding, machining, and fabrication equipment
• Moderate to loud noise levels
• Hands-on, self-paced work with a strong focus on teamwork and safety
• PPE provided to keep you safe on the job
