UX Banking Consultant:

Assess current digital channels and identify UX/UI improvement opportunities.
Design user flows, wireframes, and prototypes tailored to banking services.
Conduct usability testing and provide actionable insights.
Collaborate with business, product, and technology teams for implementation.
Advise on UX best practices, accessibility, and design system standards.
Benchmark against digital banking and fintech UX trends.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in UX design within banking, fintech, or financial services.
Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
Strong knowledge of user research, usability testing, and accessibility standards.
Understanding of customer behavior and digital banking processes.
Excellent stakeholder management and consulting skills
