We’re looking for a Lead UX Designer who brings a balance of creativity, structure, and curiosity. Someone who can turn complex ideas into clean, intuitive experiences and isn't afraid to use AI tools to get there faster. You’ll be hands-on with design, storytelling, and client interaction. • What You’ll Be Doing
• Lead design work across web, mobile, and dashboard products from start to finish
• Use tools like Figma and AI-based design assistants to speed up workflows
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and pixel-perfect UI that’s both beautiful and functional
• Design visual assets for interfaces, websites, branding, and presentations
• Add motion to your designs using After Effects, Lottie, or AI-powered animation tools
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other designers to bring ideas to life
• Build presentations and client-ready demos that clearly communicate your thinking
• Support pre-sales with mockups, visuals, and quick-turn pitch decks
• A Present your work in a way that’s confident, clear, and easy for clients to get behind
• Stay up to date with design trends and explore how AI can streamline the creative process

You’re a Great Fit If You

• Have 5 to 7 years of experience in UX, UI, graphic, and web design
• Are fluent with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and motion tools like After Effects
• Are open to using AI tools like Midjourney or ChatGPT to enhance your workflow
• Think like a problem solver and design with the user in mind
• Communicate well in writing, in presentations, and in live conversations
• Can handle multiple projects and keep quality high under pressure
• Enjoy collaborating with different teams and sharing what you know
