UX Designer

We are seeking a talented UX Designer to join our dynamic team in Medina. As a UX Designer, you will be responsible for creating exceptional user experiences by designing and implementing intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for our digital products. Your role will involve conducting user research, creating wireframes and prototypes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless user experience.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct research on user needs, preferences, and behaviors to inform design decisions
• Create wireframes and prototypes that effectively communicate design concepts
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and graphic designers to create cohesive designs
• Conduct usability testing to gather feedback and make iterative improvements
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX design

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Design or related field
• 2+ years of experience in UX design
• Strong portfolio showcasing previous design work and processes
• Proficiency in design software such as Sketch, InVision, or Adobe Creative Suite
• Ability to conduct user research and translate findings into actionable design solutions
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams

Salary: $1100 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Employment Type: Full-time (40 hours per week)
