UX Designer
About the Role :
We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented UX Designer who can translate complex problems into intuitive, user-centered experiences. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to shape the end-to-end experience across digital products.
This role is ideal for someone who combines strong UX fundamentals with emerging AI-adaptability skills, and who uses AI tools as an extension of design thinking and faster execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct user research, interviews, surveys, heuristic evaluations, and usability testing.
- Translate insights into user flows, wireframes, low/high-fidelity prototypes, and interaction patterns.
- Create scalable IA structures that support clear navigation and product comprehension.
- Collaborate with UI designers, product managers, and engineering teams to ensure design feasibility and clarity.
- Develop and iterate prototypes based on user feedback and business requirements.
- Maintain and contribute to design systems, pattern libraries, and component guidelines.
- Ensure product accessibility and alignment with WCAG standards.
- Present concepts and decisions to stakeholders with a strong rationale backed by research and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Psychology, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 2–4 years of experience in UX design (web, mobile, enterprise, or product design).
- Strong understanding of user-centered design methodologies and design thinking.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, FigJam, Sketch, Adobe XD, Miro, etc.
- Ability to run usability tests, analyze data, and convert insights into actionable designs.
- Solid understanding of responsive design, component-based structures, and interaction design.
- Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration skills.
AI-Adaptable Skills (Must-Have)
We are looking for a designer who actively integrates AI tools into their workflow to accelerate research, ideation, documentation, and validation.
- Hands-on experience with AI co-pilot tools such as Windsurf, Bolt, or similar design-assisting AI platforms.
- Ability to use AI to generate wireframes, flows, personas, IA drafts, and problem statements with accuracy and clarity.
- Understanding of how to evaluate and refine AI generated content and integrate it into the design workflow.
- Familiarity with AI-driven analytics, user behavior prediction, and personalization concepts is a plus.
