UX Designer

Job Brief

We are looking for a UX Designer (2+ Years experience) to design intuitive, user-centric product that meet real user needs and business goals.

In this role, you will work closely with product managers and developers to shape seamless user experiences. You should be both analytical and creative, capable of understanding user behaviour, validating ideas through research, and translating insights into practical design solutions.

Ultimately, you will play a key role in making our product more engaging, innovative, intuitive, and easy to use.

Responsibilities

• Understand product requirements, user behaviour, and business objectives
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather actionable feedback
• Create user personas, user journeys, and experience maps
• Define interaction models and validate them through testing and iteration
• Design wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes
• Identify UX issues and propose practical, user-friendly solutions
• Collaborate closely with product managers to deliver visually consistent designs
• Communicate design ideas, rationale, and prototypes to development teams
• Work with product teams throughout the development lifecycle
• Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and competitor products

Requirements and Skills

• 2+ years of proven experience as a UX Designer, UI/UX Designer, or similar role
• Strong portfolio demonstrating UX thinking and problem-solving skills
• Experience in user research, usability testing, and data-driven design
• Good understanding of interaction design and information architecture
• Proficiency in UX design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, UXPin, Balsamiq, or similar)
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to balance user needs with business goals
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
