UX Designer Interns support senior designers with production work on existing product modules, accelerating small UX improvements and documentation.
Required Candidate Profile
Role & Responsibilities:
- Design Production
- Create wireframes, mockups, and interaction states from senior specs
- Prepare developer handoff packages (annotations, specs)
- Maintain design system components and file organization
- Research Support
- Help compile user research notes and usability findings
- Create simple user journey maps and personas
- Document competitor UX benchmarks
- Iteration Support
- Implement small post-release tweaks and fixes
- Test prototypes with users under supervision
- Update designs based on engineering feedback
