UX Designers

• Role: UX Designer

• Location: Karachi (Onsite initially, hybrid after 2-3 months)

• Positions: 2

• Experience Range: Mid Level: 3–6 Years & Senior: 6 to 9 years

• Design and optimize end-to-end user experiences across web and mobile platforms.

• Translate product goals into user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.

• Build and maintain scalable, consistent design systems.

• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering teams, as well as Founders, CPOs, and CTOs, throughout all design stages.

• Use AI-assisted prototyping to speed up design iteration and validate usability and accessibility during early-stage concepts.

• Ensure accessibility, usability, and responsive design standards across all deliverables.

• Occasionally support UX Audits or heuristic evaluations for existing products.

• Stay current with emerging UX tools, AI-driven workflows, and evolving design trends.

• 3–9 years of professional UX design experience (Dashboards, Web & Mobile Apps).

• Expert in Figma (Auto Layout, Components, Variants, and Prototyping).

• Strong understanding of interaction design, information architecture, and usability principles.

• Experience creating and maintaining design systems with consistency and scalability.

• Experience using AI-assisted prototyping to accelerate design exploration and validation.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.

• Ability to translate complex product requirements into simple, elegant, and user-friendly designs.

• Familiarity with AI-driven workflows, automation tools, or early-stage MVP design is a plus.

• Skilled in motion design, micro-interactions, and illustration.

• Familiarity with UX Audits, heuristic evaluations, or A/B testing.

• Prior experience with enterprise or large-scale product ecosystems.
