UX UI Designer

Role overview

You will be responsible for translating product requirements and user needs into intuitive, attractive, and functional digital experiences. You will work closely with product, development, and testing teams to ensure the user journey is clear, consistent, and efficient across all platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct user research, interviews, surveys, and usability tests
• Develop wireframes, user journeys, flow diagrams, and prototypes
• Create interface mockups and visual design assets for web and mobile
• Work with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs
• Create and maintain a design system and component library
• Apply accessibility and responsive design principles
• Provide ongoing iteration based on feedback and analytics
• Ensure branding, tone, and visual identity are consistent across all screens

Required skills and experience

• Demonstrated experience in UX and UI design for digital products
• Portfolio showcasing web and mobile design work
• Strong understanding of design thinking and human centred design
• Skilled in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or equivalent tools
• Ability to create low and high fidelity prototypes
• Understanding of responsive design and accessibility standards
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
