The international IT company Andersen Inc. invites an experienced UX / UI Designer to join our professional team in Dallas, TX with an onsite work format.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead UX discovery and pre-sales activities, including scoping, problem framing, requirement clarification, and high-level solution visualization for prospective clients.
  • Advocate for user-centric thinking and communicate how design impacts business outcomes, product performance metrics, conversion, retention, and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct user and stakeholder interviews, competitor analysis, heuristic evaluations, JTBD assessments, and domain research to understand business goals and user needs.
  • Translate research insights into user journeys, service blueprints, IA structures, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and well-structured design documentation.
  • Develop and present design concepts, rationale, and solution approaches to client executives, decision-makers, and cross-functional teams.
  • Act as a design expert during pre-sales workshops, explaining UX best practices, industry standards, and patterns for complex systems across domains such as fintech, banking, healthcare, oil & gas, insurance, and data-intensive platforms.
  • Design dashboards, data visualizations, complex transactional interfaces, multi-step workflows, and enterprise-grade UX flows involving large data volumes.
  • Create scalable design systems, UI component libraries, and usage guidelines, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Business Analysts, Developers, and Subject Matter Experts to align design direction with business and technical feasibility.
  • Work simultaneously across multiple initiatives while maintaining a high level of quality under time constraints.
  • Produce polished, client-facing deliverables, including design concepts, prototypes, UX audits, presentations, and visual storytelling materials.
  • Support delivery teams by providing UX oversight, clarifications, and guidance on design intent.

Must-haves:

  • 5+ years of experience in UX/UI or Product Design, with a strong focus on digital products, enterprise systems, and cross-platform solutions.
  • Proven experience in pre-sales, discovery, or early-stage product definition, including leading workshops and producing conceptual design deliverables.
  • Strong background designing complex systems such as fintech and banking applications, healthcare platforms, data-heavy dashboards, or multi-step transactional experiences.
  • Solid UX research experience, including interviews, usability testing, surveys, persona creation, user journey mapping, and competitor benchmarking.
  • Ability to structure design decisions based on business goals, user needs, and data insights.
  • Hands-on experience designing data visualizations and dashboards (KPI-driven, analytical, operational, or BI-style interfaces).
  • Advanced proficiency in Figma and experience building and maintaining scalable design systems.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly explain design decisions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Confident client-facing skills and the ability to build trust through structured and clear communication.
  • Advanced English proficiency required.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $78,000.00 per year
