Job Description

Product and UX

• Develop product functionality and generate new concepts.
• Analyze user behavior and suggest UX improvements.
• Maintain and develop the product design system.

Leadership and Processes

• Build work processes in a team and develop guidelines.
• Plan the workload of designers for the medium term (up to 6 months).
• Conduct design reviews and ensure high quality solutions.
• Mentor designers and facilitate team growth.

Coordination and interaction

• Present design solutions to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, development) to create integrated solutions.
• Keep records of the work performed.

Job Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Designer / UX/UI, including at least 2 years in a Lead position.
• Ability to structure tasks, collect and analyze incoming information.
• Experience with design systems architecture.
• Skills in conducting user research and interface analysis.
• Strong visual skills and attention to detail.
• Creativity and excellent UI design skills.
• Ability to present and justify design solutions.
