Job Description

• Develop new product features and create fresh concepts that align with user needs and business goals.

• Study user behavior and recommend improvements to enhance overall UX.

• Maintain and expand the existing product design system, ensuring consistency across all interfaces.

• Set up effective workflows for the design team and create clear design guidelines.

• Plan and distribute the team’s workload for medium-term periods (up to 6 months).

• Review design work regularly to maintain high-quality standards.

• Mentor designers, support their professional growth, and guide them in solving complex tasks.

• Present design ideas and solutions to stakeholders in a clear and convincing manner.

• Work closely with product managers, developers, and other teams to deliver unified solutions.

• Keep documentation and records of completed tasks updated and organized.

Job Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in Product Design / UX-UI, with 2+ years in a lead or senior role.

• Ability to break down complex tasks, analyze incoming data, and structure workflows.

• Strong experience in building and maintaining design systems.

• Skilled in user research, usability analysis, and understanding user behavior.

• Excellent visual design abilities with a keen eye for detail.

• Creative mindset and strong UI design skills.

• Confident presentation skills with the ability to explain and defend design decisions.
