UX/UI Designer

We are looking for a talented UX/UI Designer to join our team in our Dubai office. In this role, you will help shape the user experience and interface design of our data applications, turning complex analytics and AI workflows into clear, intuitive, and elegant products. You’ll collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Data teams to deliver user-centred solutions from concept to production.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product design: From discovery and user flows to wireframes, high-fidelity UI, interactive prototypes, and final delivery.
• Design for data-heavy experiences: Create intuitive information architecture, navigation, and interaction patterns for dashboards, analytics tools, and workflow-based apps.
• Translate requirements into usable interfaces: Turn business needs and technical constraints into clear UX journeys and UI screens that are easy to build and easy to use.
• Create and maintain a design system: Build components, patterns, and guidelines in Figma to ensure consistency and speed across product surfaces.
• Collaborate with Engineering through delivery: Provide clear specs, assets, and annotations; participate in design QA; ensure the shipped product matches intended UX/UI quality.
• Run and synthesize research when needed: Conduct usability tests, user interviews, and heuristic reviews; translate insights into iterative improvements.
• Improve usability with evidence: Use feedback, metrics, and stakeholder input to continuously refine onboarding, task completion, clarity, and overall product experience.

Requirements

• Portfolio demonstrating strong UX thinking + UI craft (flows, reasoning, iterations, and final interfaces).
• Strong proficiency in Figma (Auto Layout, components/variants, prototyping, design systems).
• Solid understanding of interaction design, responsive design, and usability principles.
• Working knowledge of accessibility basics (contrast, hierarchy, keyboard navigation considerations).
• Ability to communicate clearly with cross-functional stakeholders and explain design trade-offs.
• Comfort working in fast-moving environments with evolving requirements.

Nice to Have

• Experience designing B2B SaaS, dashboards, analytics products, or data/AI tools.
• Familiarity with product analytics and experimentation (funnels, usability metrics, A/B testing mindset).
• Understanding of front-end constraints (basic HTML/CSS concepts) to design buildable, scalable interfaces.
• Experience collaborating with engineers on design systems and component libraries.
