Job Description: UI/UX Designer

Role Overview

We are seeking a creative, hands-on UI/UX Designer who can design intuitive digital experiences and mentor interns. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both design execution and knowledge sharing, and who stays updated with modern UI/UX trends and tools.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Product

Design user-friendly and visually engaging UI/UX for web and mobile applications
Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
Collaborate with developers and product teams to ensure accurate design implementation
Maintain and improve design systems, UI kits, and style guides

• Ensure designs follow usability, accessibility, and consistency standards
• Review designs based on feedback and iterate efficiently

Intern Training & Mentorship
Train and mentor UI/UX interns on tools, workflows, and design best practices
Assign and review intern tasks, providing constructive feedback
Help interns understand real-world product design workflows
Guide interns in improving their design quality and problem-solving skills

• Support interns in building strong design portfolios

Required Skills & Qualifications
UI/UX & Design Knowledge
Strong understanding of UI/UX fundamentals, user-centered design, and usability principles
Ability to convert requirements into intuitive design solutions

• Knowledge of responsive, mobile-first, and cross-platform design

Software & Tools
Core Tools (Required):

• Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD)
• Figma

Additional / Trending Tools (Good to Have):
Sketch, InVision, Zeplin
Framer, ProtoPie, Principle
Miro, FigJam

• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and design handoff tools is a plus

Experience & Soft Skills
3 to 4+ years of experience in UI/UX or product design
Strong communication and presentation skills

• Ability to train, guide, and motivate interns
• Good time management and attention to detail
• Proactive mindset with willingness to learn and adapt

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
