UX/UI Designer

Job Overview

The UX/UI Designer will be responsible for creating intuitive, user-centric designs for enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in user research, wireframing, prototyping, and UI design, with a focus on usability and accessibility. The designer will work closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless user experiences across web and mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
  • Design intuitive user interfaces that align with business goals and enhance user engagement.
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
  • Develop and maintain a design system for consistency across products.
  • Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on feedback and analytics.
  • Ensure accessibility (A11Y) compliance and best practices in UI/UX design.
  • Work closely with product teams to translate business requirements into design solutions.
  • Stay updated on UI/UX trends and best practices to continuously improve design processes.
  • Contribute to design documentation and guidelines for scalability.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in UX/UI design for enterprise applications.
  • Proficiency in UI/UX design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch).
  • Experience in user research, usability testing, and design thinking methodologies.
  • Strong knowledge of design systems and component-based UI design.
  • Familiarity with frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to collaborate effectively with developers.
  • Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG, A11Y) and inclusive design.
  • Experience in prototyping and user testing using tools like Maze or UserTesting.
  • Strong ability to present and communicate design decisions to stakeholders.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and work in an Agile environment.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with enterprise SaaS platforms or complex business applications.
  • Familiarity with UX research tools (Hotjar, Google Analytics, Mixpanel).
  • Basic understanding of motion design for micro-interactions and animations.
  • Experience with mobile app design for iOS and Android platforms
