Application Question(s):

  • (Do not use AI to answer, it will deisqualify you) Walk us through a recent project where you converted a Figma design into a production-ready React UI. What challenges did you face, and how did you ensure design accuracy, performance, and maintainability?
  • Without using AI to answer, describe a time you had to migrate or refactor legacy frontend code. What was the original state, what decisions did you make, and how did you avoid breaking existing functionality?
  • (Remember, no AI answers) How do you collaborate with designers and product stakeholders when designs are incomplete, unclear, or evolving? Please share a real example of how you handled this and what the outcome was.
  • Please do not use AI to answer as it can disqualify you.

If you were asked to modernize an existing HTML/CSS app into a reusable React component system, how would you approach it? Walk us through your process, tooling, and how you would structure components for scalability.
