The Role:
We’re hiring a
UX/UI + Visual Designer
who doesn’t just make things look good — but knows how to make them
work
. This is a hybrid role for a strategic designer who can
think, design, measure, and iterate
. You’ll be responsible for shaping high-trust, conversion-driven digital experiences while elevating our brand across every touchpoint.

$75,000–$125,000 (commensurate with experience)

What You’ll Do:
You will architect experience design across multiple high-impact platforms:

(CRO, funnel strategy and landing pages, checkout flow improvements, and optimizations
HomeHOPe practitioner platform
(UX design for practitioner tools an education journeys)
Brand and Marketing Touchpoints
(occasional
ads + visual assets
in collaboration with the Media Team to maintain a tight, consistent brand
You will
own UX direction
— partnering with the CEO, Brand Manager, data, media, and product — and then drive execution in Figma.
UI/UX + Product Design
Own the full UX lifecycle: research → wireframes → prototypes → production-ready UI
Map and optimize user journeys across consumer and practitioner funnels
Design for clarity, trust, and persuasion
Collaborate with engineering teams using
Jira
and
Confluence
Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
Test, measure, and iterate based on real user data
Partner with growth and web teams to run experiments (landing pages, offers, A/B tests)
Design experiences that move metrics: CTR, engagement, cart completion, and LTV
Brand & Visual Design
Protect and evolve the visual system — typography, color, tone, and style
Create occasional ads, landing visuals, and social assets
Ensure consistency across the

AI-Enhanced Workflow
Use AI tools — or be eager to learn
Generate concepts, variants, research summaries, and rapid prototypes efficiently
Who You Are:
A UX/UI designer who cares about

Clear communicator who can defend design decisions with data

Experience in health, wellness, medical, biotech, or consumer health brands
Experience designing LMS platforms, dashboards, or practitioner portals
Familiarity with AI-assisted design workflows (Figma AI, Midjourney, Claude prompting, etc.)
