Fernas İnşaat A.Ş. seeks to hire highly qualified mid-level associates with contract law (infrastructure projects) experience and excellent academic credentials to join our Legal and Compliance Office- Projects and Contrats Department in our Ankara HQ. Our Legal and Compliance Office drafts and negotiates contracts as well as provides Project based preventive solutions with extensive sector-specific knowledge and expertise in infrastructure projects.

Job Requirements:

• A qualified lawyer with min. 6 years of experience in Contract Law. Working experience in all areas of Contract Law, especially in infrastucture projects.
• Excellent academic credentials.
• Strong planning, organization, drafting, communication, and analytical skills.
• Motivated team player
• Ability to take initiatives, and a willingness to take ownership of and responsibility for projects.
• Working knowledge of MS Office applications

Job Description:

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial, consultancy, subcontract, and supplier agreements.
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial, consultancy, subcontract, and supplier agreements.
• Reporting to Head Counsel
• Partner with Business Development, Project and Operations teams to secure commercially sound outcomes
• Advising the Project team on contractual relationships.
