Vac Truck Operator / Crew Member (Truck Driving Required)

Position Overview:

PMI is seeking reliable, hard-working individuals to operate and assist with vac truck operations. This role involves both driving and hands-on labor in the field. We are ideally looking for candidates who are willing to learn all aspects of the job, including driving and assisting.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and assist with vac truck equipment in the field
• Drive company trucks to and from job sites (larger truck experience preferred)
• Work as part of a team to complete daily job assignments
• Follow all safety procedures and job site requirements
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of vehicles and equipment
• Assist with general labor tasks related to excavation and utility work
• Arrive on time and prepared for daily assignments

Requirements:

• Must be dependable, motivated, and able to work as part of a team
• Experience with vac trucks or similar equipment preferred (not required)
• Ability to drive larger trucks (CDL is a plus, but not required)
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and be insurable
• Must be willing and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Ability to perform physically demanding work (lifting, digging, standing for long periods)
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check
