• Collaborate closely with architects, interior designers, and project managers to develop high-quality 3D interior and exterior design solutions. Create accurate and detailed floor plans, elevations, sections, and 3D models using SketchUp and AutoCAD, ensuring alignment with project requirements and design intent. Produce realistic, high-quality visualizations and renderings using V-Ray, Lumion, and Chaos Vantage to effectively communicate design concepts to clients and stakeholders. Balance aesthetics, functionality, sustainability, and regulatory compliance while consistently meeting project timelines and milestones. Stay updated with emerging design trends, visualization techniques, and software tools to continuously enhance design quality, workflow efficiency, and overall project outcomes.
