Role and Responsibilities

Vacation rental Agent have a wide range of responsibilities, which can include:

• Ensuring that all rental units are well maintained and ready for guests at all times
• Reviewing Clients Governmental ID to determine their eligibility for renting a property
• Managing the online presence of the property through websites such as Airbnb, Booking or others.
• Responding to guest inquiries about properties and booking reservations
• Preparing marketing materials such as brochures or fliers to promote the property to potential renters
• Overseeing maintenance staff to ensure that all repairs are completed in a timely manner
• Managing a team of employees who perform tasks such as cleaning, bookkeeping, and maintenance work
• Creating advertising campaigns to promote the rental business to potential customers along with the Marketing team
• Establishing relationships with local businesses that can provide services to guests such as car rentals, babysitting services, and catering services
• Assure insurance fees are claimed prior to check in & refunded after facility check and no damage recorded.
• Maintaining Expenses records and Bookkeeping

Qualifications and Education Requirements

· English / Arabic Speaker

· UAE Driving license

· Minimum two years’ experience in similar industry

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
