Vacation Rental Cleaner
Responsibilities may include (but are not limited to):
- Cleaning and preparing units in-between guests (vacuuming, sanitizing, mopping, changing bed linens, etc)
- Coordination and organization of laundry
- Completing walkthroughs of units
- Treat, wash, dry, and fold laundry
- Inventory of housekeeping supplies
- Sweep outdoor areas, clean outdoor patio furniture
- Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs
Qualifications:
- Previous housekeeping experience in hotels or short term rentals - Preferred, not required
- Able to lift up to 20 lbs.
- Able to stand for long periods of time in excess of 2 hours
- Able to communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal
- Flexible and able to easily adapt to change
- Ability to work efficiently in isolation and to think on your feet
- Be punctual, reliable, responsible, and trustworthy
- Reliable transportation as you will be driving to the different units. Will need to travel to the business hub station to pick up supplies and do laundry daily. (hub station and units are all within 5 min of each other)
- Able to easily navigate smartphone for communication, scheduling, and use of apps. A reliable smartphone and email address are required as we use app-based scheduling software.
Shifts Available:
- Mon-Sun 10:30AM - 3:30PM Shift Range
- *Hours 100% dependant on number of bookings received/number of turnovers needed*
- Hours 10-13hrs per week
