Duties

• Thoroughly clean and sanitize all areas of residential vacation rentals, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living spaces, and outdoor areas
• Perform detailed floor care such as vacuuming carpets, mopping hard floors, and maintaining overall cleanliness standards
• Handle laundry duties efficiently, including washing, folding, and organizing linens and towels to ensure freshness for each guest stay
• Restock supplies such as toiletries, cleaning products, and amenities to provide a complete guest-ready environment
• Maintain high standards of sanitation by adhering to health guidelines and safety protocols during all cleaning activities
• Conduct routine inspections to identify maintenance needs or repairs and report issues promptly to management
• Manage janitorial tasks with precision, ensuring all surfaces are spotless and hygienic for guest comfort

Experience

• Proven experience in residential cleaning or janitorial services, with a strong background in detailed cleaning tasks
• Prior experience in hotel housekeeping or commercial cleaning is highly desirable
• Familiarity with various cleaning techniques including carpet cleaning, floor care, and sanitation practices
• Customer service skills that enable friendly interactions with property managers or guests when needed
• Ability to manage multiple properties efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards
• Knowledge of laundry procedures and handling linens with care and efficiency
• Experience with custodial responsibilities or housekeeper management is a plus
