Vacation Rental Cleaner Part-Time

Vacation Rental Cleaner — $17–$21/hr

Bear Property Management is hiring detail-oriented Vacation Rental Cleaners. This role is ideal for someone who works well independently, moves efficiently through a fast-paced schedule, and takes pride in creating clean, welcoming spaces for guests.

What You'll Do:

• Clean and reset vacation rental homes to company standards
• Wash, dry, and fold linens
• Travel between properties in Lead and by Terry Peak.
• Track and complete tasks using a mobile app
• Manage cleaning inventory
• Maintain high standards, even on busy days

Schedule:

Part-time (1 consistent day per week minimum). Shifts are typically 4–8 hours. We're looking for availability Monday–Friday and/or Friday–Monday. Let us know what days work for you — we're flexible for the right person.

Requirements:

• Reliable and punctual
• Strong attention to detail
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs
• Able to pass a background check
• Comfortable working independently with a team-oriented mindset
