Vacation Rental Property Specialist (Cleaning & Turnover)

This is more than a cleaning position. You’ll be responsible for ensuring vacation rental properties are fully guest-ready, including cleaning, checking supplies, spotting issues, and communicating property issues to management.

What This Role Looks Like

• Clean vacation homes between guest stays
• Travel throughout the Black Hills area, including Rapid City, Lead, Deadwood, Custer, and nearby towns
• Follow cleaning checklists and company standards
• Check inventory like toilet paper, toiletries, and supplies
• Report any maintenance issues or property concerns to management
• Work efficiently while paying close attention to detail

Pay & Hours

• $18/hour for cleaning time
• Paid driving time

Job Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle are required
• Experience is not required. We provide training and support for the right person

Pay: $18.00 per hour
