Overview
Join our growing team as a Vacuum Truck Driver and become a vital part of our construction and industrial services operations! In this energetic role, you will operate specialized vacuum trucks to transport and unload septic waste and industrial products safely and efficiently. Your expertise will support various projects, including residential septic tank pumping, grease trap cleaning, and industrial waste management. We’re looking for motivated drivers who thrive in fast-paced environments and are eager to contribute to impactful projects every day.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate vacuum trucks equipped with heavy-duty tanks and pumping systems to extract, transport, and discharge liquids, sludge, or other materials.
• Conduct thorough pre-trip inspections of the vehicle and equipment, ensuring mechanical functionality and safety compliance.
• Coordinate with field supervisor and site supervisors to manage scheduled services and site-specific requirements.
• Maintain accurate logs of all operations, including material volumes transported, routes taken, and customer information updates.
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure smooth workflow and address any operational issues promptly.

Experience

• Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) with a clean driving record.
• Prior experience operating heavy equipment such as excavators and skid steers is highly desirable.
• Mechanical knowledge of truck systems, pumps, hoses, and tankers to troubleshoot minor issues confidently.
• Strong communication skills combined with a proactive attitude toward safety compliance and teamwork. Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
