Valet Driver – Orlando International Airport (MCO) Position Overview

We’re looking for motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our valet team at Orlando International Airport. In this role, you’ll be one of the first impressions for travelers, delivering a smooth, professional, and welcoming experience from arrival to departure.

As a Valet Driver, you’ll be responsible for safely handling guest vehicles while helping maintain an organized, efficient, and high-energy operation in a fast-paced airport environment.

Hourly + Tips = $16–$22/hr potential
Location: Orlando International Airport (MCO)

Key Responsibilities

• Safely drive and handle a wide range of guest vehicles (automatic and manual preferred)
• Greet guests with a professional and friendly attitude upon arrival
• Park and retrieve vehicles quickly and safely while maintaining organization
• Stay aware of surroundings to support smooth traffic flow and prevent incidents
• Assist guests with directions, airport-related questions, and general support
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors during shifts
• Maintain a high level of care and attention when handling guest vehicles
• Follow all company standards, safety guidelines, and airport regulations

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to drive manual transmission is a plus
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-traffic environment
• Able to stand, walk, and stay active throughout the shift
• Must be able to obtain and maintain an airport security badge

Pay: $13.75 per hour

Expected hours: 32.0 – 40.0 per week
